Responding to reviews is an important part of managing your business reputation.

It’s not only important to monitor what is being said about your business but also to respond in a professional, effective way that shows customers you care about their experience. Your response can turn a 1 star into a 4 or 5, it shows others who look at your reviews that you address any concerns that arise, and it shows you are a company that cares about customers.

How you respond to reviews is very important. Be professional. Don’t share confidential customer information, and even if it’s not confidential information you should ask yourself if it’s information you should share.
